party over people is treason in disguise.
The modern age has driven partisan politics to the extremes the Framers would have found appalling. Allegiance is sworn to the Republic and Public Servants are supposed to swear oaths only to the Constitution.
Instead the majority swear loyalty to party over people and public, like those in the past swore to kings. There is a better way…

hope
We can have hope when we can “…stand together as Americans above the artificial divisions of rich vs. poor, business vs. labor, right vs. left, of [political] party, race or difference of religious belief against,
‘…the rulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places?’

a republican form of government and shall protect each Of them from invasion.

what is a republican form of government?
The word “republic” is from the Latin phrase “res publica” which means “a thing of the people”. In a republic, we elect representatives who are bound by oath to support and defend the Constitution. We, the People, delegate a portion of our sovereignty to those representatives to create laws that benefit the whole of the people, not just a few, or a ruling elite or aristocracy.
Our Constitution secures the rules that govern the process; therefore, we are not a democracy with majority rule. In a republic, the rights of the minority are protected, and each level of government serves as a check on the power of every other level, thereby protecting the rights of the people.
In today’s political climate, the concept of a republic has been compromised by two parties. One emphasizes direct majority rule of the people to sustain a political elite of socialist leadership. While the other is the polar opposite — emphasizing the rule of a political and corporate elite. Both sides have manipulated our election system into a false two-party process not authorized by the U.S. Constitution.
Both sides continually destroy constitutional safeguards, either deliberately or blindly, while pursuing their separate agendas.
do you support trump’s executive orders?
It doesn’t matter who the president is.
Presidents, past and present, have used Executive Orders to promote agendas and actions that lack constitutional justification.
The Constitution Party only supports Executive Orders that are within the limited scope of the powers of the president, as authorized by the Constitution. Article II therein states that,
The Executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.
Excerpt from Article II, Constitution of the United States.
Thus, the president has the authority, as the Chief Executive, to direct the operations of the Executive Branch and is therefore able to provide this direction through “Executive Orders.”
Another problem with Executive Orders is that when one president uses them to correct the perceived wrongs of previous administrations, subsequent presidents are likely to follow suit similarly.
Here is something President Trump can do now. Article II, Section 3, states:
…and he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed…
Excerpt from Article II, Section 3, Constitution of the United States.
If President Trump wants to “Make America Great Again,” there is a better way! He must follow the Constitution and hold all other public officials accountable to the same.
is trump on the right path?
No. The Constitution Party has highlighted the reality of unconstitutional agencies and regulations since its founding in 1992, approximately eight years before Trump first ran for president.
It’s more like he’s catching up to the Constitution Party in spirit, but he does not fully understand the application of his constitutional authority.
The founder of the Constitution Party, Howard Phillips, stood up against government overreach during the Nixon administration, when he served as Director of the Office of Economic Opportunity, a cabinet-level position.
Nixon refused to keep his commitment to veto funding for the unconstitutional Office set up by President Lyndon Baines Johnson, so Howard Phillips resigned in protest.
We support any president who acts within their limited constitutional authority, but we refuse to support anyone who does not.

we are like you.

we are loyal to the republic, not partisans.
we are the

The Constitution Party is the only political party in america today dedicated to restoring the original intent of the constitution.
